BY ACCESSING OR USING THE NETSCORE PLATFORM OR THE NETSCORE APP (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICE”), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”). Total Liability

In no event shall NetScore’s total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
